Shortly after submitting the request, I received a call from an unknown number. The caller claimed to be from Tashan-Win customer support and stated that there was an issue with my withdrawal and that an OTP was required to complete the transaction.
Trusting that the caller was an official representative, I shared the OTP. Immediately after doing so, my account was compromised. I lost access to my login, and I am now completely locked out of my Tashan-Win account. Additionally, my withdrawal amount of ₹10,200 has not been credited to me.
During the call, the individual openly admitted that I had been scammed and told me I could do whatever I wanted. The phone number used was +91 76649 683**. Around the same time, I noticed multiple ₹1 credits (approximately 10 times) being sent to my account while the caller mentioned this would happen, after which my number was blocked.
I request that my Tashan-Win account (Game ID: 2589900) be urgently restored so I can regain access. I also ask that my withdrawal request and all related transactions be thoroughly investigated. If the withdrawal has not been processed, I want secure access restored so I can reclaim my funds.
