While trying to access the Eid Tashan Win game, I realized that someone else had gained access to my account. I am now being prompted to enter a 6-digit Google Authenticator verification code, which leads me to believe that my account security has been compromised.
At the time my account was hacked, there was a balance of approximately ₹14,000 in my Eid Tashan Win account. I am very concerned that this money could be misused or withdrawn by the person who has taken control of my account.
I urgently request that my account be secured, all unauthorized access be blocked, and that I be assisted in recovering my hacked Tashan Win ID. I also ask that my balance of ₹14,000 be fully protected and restored.
I expect a prompt investigation and a clear response explaining how my account and funds will be secured going forward.
