PhonePe Payment Deducted But Tashanwin Wallet Not Updated
I made a deposit of 500 today on the Tashanwin platform using UPI via PhonePe, but the amount has not been credited to my Tashanwin wallet. The money has been debited from my UPI account, yet my in‑game wallet balance remains unchanged. My Tashanwin game ID is 1222***. I have not yet contacted Tashanwin customer support or live chat, and I am raising this complaint here so that the issue can be checked and resolved. I request that my 500 deposit be verified and immediately credited to my Tashanwin wallet as soon as possible, or the problem otherwise be resolved without any further delay.
