Deposit Missing After Transfer - No Customer Support Available

My name is Shabana P*** and I am using the WePay mobile app. Today at 17:36:13 I deposited 690 from another wallet into my WePay wallet, but the amount has still not been credited to my WePay balance. There is no option in the app to contact customer care, so I have not been able to get any information or support regarding this missing deposit. I am very uncomfortable that the money has left my other wallet but is not showing in WePay. I kindly request that my transaction be checked urgently and that the 690 be either immediately credited to my Tashan Win wallet or, if this is not possible, refunded back to the original wallet without any further delay.
