Tango Live Won't Respond After Freezing Account

After I submitted a withdrawal request on the Tango Live app, my account was unfairly suspended, and for three days now both my account has been closed and my money hasn't been deposited. My user link on the app is https://wagltg.com/kralicemelis, and I processed a withdrawal of approximately $15. Shortly after the transaction, my account was suspended out of nowhere without any rule violation, warning, or justification on my part, and since that day I can neither access my account nor has the amount I requested for withdrawal been transferred to my account.
I have been left completely victimized in this process. Despite writing to support through the app multiple times, I have not received any response whatsoever. Neither is it explained why my account was suspended nor is any information given about my withdrawal—I can't find anyone to address my issue.
From Tango Live management, I request first that the reason for my account suspension be clearly and formally stated in writing, and then that my account be reactivated and that the $15 I requested for withdrawal be paid to me in full.
