Tango Live Suspended My Account With $200 Balance I Can't Withdraw

I have an account on the Tango Live application on my Android device, where I currently have a balance of approximately 200 dollars. My last successful login to my account was on 11/07/2026. After that, my account was suspended and I can no longer use it. On the screen, I can see my balance (around 211 dollars) and the “Withdraw” and “Bank Transfer” options, but because of the suspension I am unable to access or withdraw this balance. Tango Live does not offer me any proper support option regarding this issue, and I have not been able to reach a solution or receive any explanation for the suspension. I do not know the reason why my account was suspended and I cannot reach anyone to clarify the situation. I request that my Tango Live account be reactivated as soon as possible or that my remaining balance in the account, which is around 200 dollars, be paid to me via an appropriate withdrawal method and that I be informed clearly about the reason for the suspension.
