I constantly receive verification codes from the Tango and Tinder apps to my phone number, even though I have never registered with either of these platforms. The number belongs to me, but it seems that someone else is trying to use it. As a result, I receive about 100 SMS verification codes per day.
My number is registered with the Türk Telekom operator, and this situation is causing me a lot of inconvenience. So far, I have not faced any charges or additional issues, but the constant flood of codes is negatively affecting my daily life.
I request that these apps stop sending verification codes to my number and that my grievance be resolved.
Although I have no membership with the Tango friendship site, for about a month I have been constantly receiving verification code messages at all hours of the day on my phone number (last 4 digits: 4332). I receive nearly 100 code messages a day and this situation is seriously disturbing me.
So far, I have not taken any action or contacted customer service. The code messages are free, but receiving messages at this frequency is negatively affecting my daily life.
My request from Tango is for my phone number to be completely deleted from their systems and for these code messages to be stopped immediately. I expect an urgent solution regarding this issue.
