On 27 February 2026, my verification process became stuck, and since then, I have been unable to withdraw my money. Because the verification is not being completed, I currently cannot access or withdraw a balance of 172 USD. I have tried to reach Tango customer service about this issue, but I could not reach any support or receive any response. As a result, my funds remain blocked in my account for no clear reason, and I have no information about what is causing the delay in verification.
