Tango Account Verification And Withdrawal Failure
I am using Tango with the account ID/username “irisbae,” and I am experiencing a serious problem with your verification and withdrawal process. On 27 February 2026, my verification process became stuck, and since then, I have been unable to withdraw my money. Because the verification is not being completed, I currently cannot access or withdraw a balance of 172 USD. I have tried to reach Tango customer service about this issue, but I could not reach any support or receive any response. As a result, my funds remain blocked in my account for no clear reason, and I have no information about what is causing the delay in verification. I kindly request that my verification process be completed as soon as possible and that my 172 USD be released for withdrawal without any further delay. I also expect to be informed clearly about the reason for this problem and to have my account functioning normally again.
