Tango Account Suspended After Child Briefly Appeared on Livestream

I have a Tango account with the username @alijan786 on the Tango mobile app, which I use from Pakistan. My account was suspended after a live stream where my small child appeared briefly on camera, and since then I have not been able to open or access my account. I respect the platform rules and the importance of safety, but there was no harmful or inappropriate content in my live stream. My child’s appearance on the stream was completely innocent and unintentional, and I was not given a proper opportunity to explain or correct the situation before my account was suspended. I kindly request that my Tango account @alijan786 and this suspension decision be reviewed again, and that my account be reactivated and any violation record related to this incident be removed if possible, as I would like to continue using Tango in full compliance with the rules.
