My Tango Account Can't Video Call or Stream

Suddenly, I can't make video calls or start live broadcasts on my account. The app keeps telling me I "can't perform these actions without the necessary permissions." This is completely unacceptable!
I've been using this account for a long time, and I've never had this issue before. I'm desperate for a solution. Did I get some kind of penalty?
