I ordered a Tag Heuer watch (Order #6980159), but when it arrived, I immediately noticed scratches on it. Since I paid for a brand-new luxury watch, I requested a return and refund.
After sending it back, I was told that the watch was "under inspection" for over a month. Then, without any clear explanation, they rejected my return and sent the same scratched watch back to me. Now, I’m stuck with a defective product that I paid full price for.
This brand is not trustworthy. I will never purchase from them again. Tag Heuer, fix this! Customers should not have to pay for damaged goods. Has anyone else had this issue? I demand a refund!
