Tag Heuer Carrera CBG2A11-BA0654 Runs Fast – 6 Months in Warranty with No Response

I purchased a Tag Heuer Carrera CBG2A11-BA0654 from an authorized dealer and loved wearing it. Since it is an automatic watch, it operates without a battery, using kinetic energy. However, I started noticing an issue—the watch began running 3-5 minutes fast every day.

I took it back to the seller, who sent it for warranty service. That was in February 2024—now, it has been six months, and I still have no update, no response, and no watch. How does a luxury brand operate like this? It’s not just about the high price—it’s about getting the quality and service that justifies it.

I have been incredibly patient, but next week, I will file a lawsuit to demand my rights. Tag Heuer, fix this now! Has anyone else experienced such poor customer service?
