I joined the Sweet Bonanza site about a week ago and deposited a total of $59 in 2025. After logging into the site, I tried my luck in all the games in the casino section. However, whenever my balance increased, I was suddenly kicked out of the games, and when I logged back in, my balance had reset. This happened several times, and as a result of these repeated issues, I lost all the money I deposited.

I believe the games are not fair and that users are being disadvantaged. It is unacceptable that my winnings disappeared and my balance was lost due to technical issues. I am requesting a refund of my money.
