Sweet Bonanza Wrongfully Deducted ₺1190 from My Account

I lost ₺1190 from my account while playing Sweet Bonanza. While playing Gates of Olympus, I noticed that my balance suddenly dropped by ₺600. I contacted customer support to report this issue, but they claimed I played an unfamiliar game and lost the money there.
When I insisted that I didn’t play any such game, they shifted their claim to say I also lost money in Sweet Bonanza, which I know I didn’t. Despite my repeated explanations, they kept saying I lost in games according to my game history, which I strongly dispute.
This is unacceptable. I demand a thorough investigation and an immediate refund of the lost amount. Sweet Bonanza, address this issue promptly and fairly!
