I have been using Surveylama from the United Kingdom and requested a withdrawal of £20.69 to my PayPal account on 11 May. Since that date, the payment has not been credited to my PayPal, and shortly after this withdrawal request my Surveylama account was locked. When I now try to log in, the system shows the message that my account is disabled for fraud. This accusation is completely unacceptable to me because I have only used the platform to complete surveys as intended. This was my first ever withdrawal request from Surveylama.com, and I have never violated any rules to my knowledge. I contacted Surveylama.com via email about both the blocked account and the missing £20.69 withdrawal, but I have not received any response. Being left without any explanation while my account is disabled and my balance is withheld is very frustrating. I request that my £20.69 be paid to my PayPal account without any further delay and that my account be reactivated. If Surveylama.com believes there is any issue, I also request a clear explanation and proof of any alleged fraud instead of a blanket block without communication.
