Withdrawal Denial by Surveylama

I am a user from the United Kingdom and I had an active Surveylama.com account registered with the email address zakariyya***@gmail.com. On 11 May, I requested a withdrawal of £20.18 via PayPal. Shortly after placing this withdrawal request, my account was disabled without any prior warning or clear explanation, and the £20.18 payment has not been processed. After noticing that my account was disabled and the withdrawal was not completed, I contacted Surveylama.com support, but I have not received any response so far. I am disappointed that my account was suddenly disabled and that my legitimately earned balance has not been paid out. I kindly request that my £20.18 withdrawal via PayPal be processed as soon as possible, or that my account be reinstated so I can access my funds and continue using the service. I also expect a clear explanation for why my account was disabled right after the withdrawal request.
