SurveyLama Unprecedented Withdrawal Delay

I have been using the Survey Lama website since 1 June 2026 and, after completing several online surveys, I reached the minimum payout threshold with a total balance of 2006 LP. On 1 June 2026, I requested a withdrawal via PayPal International. Since then, I have not received any confirmation email or notification indicating that my withdrawal was successful, even though the required threshold was clearly met. After waiting a week without any update or payment, I contacted Survey Lama support through the website regarding my pending withdrawal, but I did not receive any response. Two days later, I followed up again, this time via their support email, which I am sure was delivered. Despite waiting several more days, my problem has still not been resolved and my messages have not been addressed. This is my first withdrawal attempt from Survey Lama, and the lack of communication is very disappointing. I kindly request that Survey Lama review my account linked to the email address ***massshen****@gmail.com, confirm my withdrawal request of 2006 LP to PayPal International, and ensure that the payment is processed as soon as possible.
