SurveyLama PayPal Payout Marked Paid but Not Received

On 10.06.2026 I requested a payout of my SurveyLama reward in the amount of 118.44 EUR via PayPal from Germany. According to my SurveyLama account, the payout has been shown as “paid” since 21.06.2026, but no money has arrived in my PayPal account to this day. My account is registered under the email address [email protected] via PayPal. I have contacted SurveyLama customer support several times regarding the missing payout, but I have not received any response so far. I ask that my missing payout of 118.44 EUR be checked and paid out to my PayPal account without further delay, or that I receive a clear and written explanation of why the payment has not been made despite the “paid” status.
