SurveyLama Payment Not Sent, And Account Disabled

I have been using the Surveylama.nl platform for over a month and regularly completing surveys. On 6 May 2026, I requested a payout of €22.47 from my account, but the payment has still not been received. Today, when I tried to log in to check the status of this withdrawal and continue taking surveys, I was confronted with a message stating that my account has been disabled due to fraud. I have never engaged in any fraudulent activity and have always used the platform in good faith, so this accusation is very upsetting and, in my view, unfair. I contacted your online live support through the website, but I have not received any positive or helpful response, and the situation remains unresolved. I am currently unable to access my account, and my payout of €22.47 is still pending. I have also never received any previous payout from Surveylama. I respectfully request that my account registered with the email address bakkerhell****@gmail.com be urgently reviewed, my account reactivated, and my pending payout of €22.47 paid to me. In addition, I expect a clear explanation of why my account was disabled and on what basis fraud was alleged, so that this situation can be fully clarified and corrected.
