SurveyLama Account Locked After Payout Request

I have been using Surveylama from Germany and recently reached the required payout threshold of more than 2,000 points. On 26.01.2026 I requested my first payout of 20 € via PayPal. Almost immediately after submitting the payout request, my account was suddenly locked without any explanation. Since then, I have tried to contact Surveylama several times by email to ask why my account was locked and what happened to my payout request. I only received an automatic response and no real reply or clarification from the support team, and this situation has now been ongoing for about two months. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that I receive a clear explanation for the account lock, and that my 20 € PayPal payout either be processed or my account be fully reactivated so I can access my balance again. I expect a prompt and transparent solution to this issue.
