SurveyLama says they paid but the money never arrived, how can I prove that I didn’t receive it?

📂 How to prove the money was not received:
• Check the full transaction history of the linked payment method (PayPal, Wise, etc.);
• Download statements or screenshots showing the absence of the deposit;
• Write to:

Request proof of payment (transaction number, date, exact amount, and platform used).
