For over a year, I have been receiving unwanted marketing emails from Surveoo, even though I have never signed up for any of their services or created an account. The emails are sent from the address [email protected] and arrive approximately one to two times per week. None of these messages contains a working unsubscribe link or any option to opt out. I attempted to exercise my right to erasure and to stop this communication by contacting Surveoo directly. I wrote to [email protected], but this address does not exist. I also tried [email protected], yet the response clearly stated that the mailbox is not monitored, so there is no effective way for me to reach the company or have my request processed. I am asking Surveoo to immediately stop sending any further emails to me, to permanently delete all personal data related to me from their systems, and to ensure that any data that may have been shared with third parties is also erased. I also request a clear written confirmation that my data has been deleted and that I will no longer receive any communication from Surveoo or from any partners using my data obtained through Surveoo.
