On September 3, 2025, I registered on the Surveoo platform using the email address m_c**@hotmail.com**. However, I no longer wish to use the service and therefore request that my account be permanently deleted and that all of my personal data be removed from the system.
Today, I sent an email to Surveoo customer service to request deletion of my account and data, but I have not received any response. So far, I have not made any payments and have not started any paid subscription. I accessed the service from Ankara, Turkey.
I demand that my account and all related personal information be erased immediately and that I receive confirmation once this has been completed. Customers must have control over their personal data, and companies should not ignore deletion requests.
