Surveoo ₦30,177.1 Withdrawal Pending Since 13 September

I am a Surveoo user and I requested a withdrawal of my earnings on 13 September. The withdrawal amount initially showed as ₦30,223.4, but it later changed without explanation to ₦30,177.1. Since then, the withdrawal has remained in “Pending” status on my account and has still not been paid. I contacted your support team and was told that my withdrawal was undergoing a routine verification check and that this was a standard process, with payments usually taking 24 hours to 7 business days. However, it has now been much longer, my money is still pending, and I have not received any clear update or resolution. I request that my withdrawal of ₦30,177.1 be approved and paid to me immediately, and that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
