Surveoo Withdrawal Pending For Over One Week

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I am experiencing with Surveoo. On 25/09/2026 I requested a withdrawal of ₦30,049.2 from my survey earnings, choosing payment as a Market Square gift card. Since then, the transaction has remained in “Pending” status for about a week, and I have still not received my gift card. I contacted Surveoo customer support and they replied that my withdrawal request had been received and was being processed, but there has been no further update or resolution and the status has not changed. This delay is causing me real inconvenience, as I was counting on this gift card. I kindly request that my Market Square gift card for ₦30,049.2 be processed and delivered as soon as possible, or that a clear explanation and concrete solution be provided without further delay.
