I would like to draw attention to a procedural issue I experienced with the Surveoo survey company on January 3, 2026 and January 4, 2026. On January 3, 2026, I fully and completely completed a long and detailed survey that was published on my panel. When the survey ended, only $0 was credited to my account statement, and my total balance became $18.
The next day, on January 4, 2026, the same survey content appeared again on my panel. I completed this survey from start to finish as well. Both surveys contained questions on the same topics, including preferences related to books, comics, manga, and questions specifically related to the LEGO brand.
However, no record at all was created for the second survey I completed, and no amount was added to my balance. In other words, it does not appear in my account activity, nor is it reflected in my balance. Despite completing the survey, it is treated as if I never filled it out, which is both trust-eroding and suggests a serious procedural problem.
My main complaint is not about failing to reach the payout threshold, but about this inconsistency in how completed surveys are recorded and credited to balances. Receiving $0 for the same survey one day, and then having the same survey not recorded at all the next day, is neither logical nor transparent. I request a clear and understandable explanation for this situation.
As a user residing in Istanbul, Turkey, I want the value of my effort to be credited to my account in a transparent and consistent manner.
