My Delivery Delayed Due To “Full Vehicle” And Not Delivered Today

My package, which was supposed to be delivered to the Sürat Kargo Sivas Sultan Şehir Branch, was sent out for delivery on 26.11.2025, but it was not handed over to me on the grounds that the vehicle was full, and I was told it would be postponed to the next day. I do not accept the arbitrary delay of a delivery that was already scheduled and out for distribution. I request that my package be delivered to my address today without further delay, and that this excuse not be used again to disrupt future deliveries.
