SuperStep Refused to Replace My Torn Lacoste Shoes After Only 2 Months of Use

Hello, I purchased Lacoste men's shoes through the SuperStep application for ₺3,999. After just 2 months of use, the back part of the shoes tore. Despite taking good care of the shoes and using them under normal conditions, the material clearly did not meet quality expectations. I sent the product for review twice, but my request was not accepted. The responses I received were vague and did not address my concerns about the product's durability. I deeply regret this purchase and cannot recommend the Lacoste brand. For a product at this price point, I expected much higher quality and better customer service. I kindly ask for your support in having the product re-evaluated and either repaired or replaced with the same model.
