SuperStep Orthopedic Shoes - Premature Peeling & Disputed Quality

I purchased a pair of orthopedic sports shoes from SuperStep for my father, with the expectation that they would offer the comfort and support he requires for his daily walks. Regrettably, after only six months, I noticed that the inner lining of the shoes began to peel quite noticeably. These shoes were not designed to be tucked away in a closet—they were made for regular wear, just as they should be. It's really disappointing to witness such a decline in such a brief period, particularly given the brand's standing and the amount spent. The difficulty in accepting this experience stems from the product inspection results, which stated that there were no quality issues. I must express my disagreement and disappointment with the process. I kindly ask for a comprehensive review and anticipate a just resolution reflecting the true state of the shoes.
