Superprof Ignored My Request to Delete a Fake Profile Created as a Joke

There is a fake profile created under the username “mine dilek” on the Superprof platform. Although this profile was made by some of my friends as a joke, it has now become a serious issue. I contacted your company via email to request that the profile be removed, but I only received an automated response and no actual solution.

Since the profile remains active, I’ve started receiving false applications and messages, which has caused me significant distress. I request that the fake profile be permanently deleted as soon as possible. The fake activity and applications appear to be coming from the Sinop region.
