Canceling Subscription On Superprof And Receiving A Refund
I purchased a monthly Superprof Student Pass for IDR 130,000 on 11 May 2026 in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. After paying, I contacted the tutor on the same day, but the tutor did not respond to my messages at all. Because of this lack of response, I was unable to use the service I paid for and decided that I wanted to cancel. I then contacted Superprof customer service about this issue and explained that the tutor was not responding. Their only response so far has been to tell me to wait, and no concrete solution or refund has been provided. My payment reference is #10234303. Since I could not benefit from the lessons due to the tutor’s lack of response, I kindly request a full refund of IDR 130,000 and the cancellation of my Student Pass subscription so that I am not charged again in the future.
