Turkcell Superonline 20 Days Without Service And No Installation
Turkcell Superonline and its dealer, Planet ECM, have provided absolutely no service for the past 20 days. Despite calling 12 times and creating numerous support requests, the level of irresponsibility and indifference has reached an unacceptable point. Both your approach to customer satisfaction and the quality of service you provide are extremely disappointing. Because of this negligence, I was forced to pay an unnecessary phone bill of ₺2900. It is truly unbelievable that Turkcell, a company that advertises itself as a technology leader, and its dealer Planet ECM have been unable to complete something as simple as a modem installation for 20 days. Congratulations—you are the first company in my life that has pushed me to the point of writing a complaint on Xolvie.
