Superonline Reduced My 35 Mbps VDSL Speed to 15 Mbps and Ignored My Complaints

Despite multiple calls to customer service and assurances that the issue would be resolved, I received no concrete solutions. Over time, the frequent disconnections began to disrupt my work, causing unnecessary stress. They failed to resolve my issue for two months, during which my internet kept disconnecting. Instead of improving the service, they further reduced the speed to 15 Mbps, which is far below what I paid for. This entire experience has left me feeling cheated and undervalued as a customer.
