I applied to Superonline for a 100 Mbps home internet service. The installation team that came to my home told me that my bill would be ₺450 instead of ₺650 and completed the installation without providing any information about a commitment or cancellation fee. However, after using the service for only five days, I decided to cancel my subscription, and I was charged a cancellation fee of ₺3,963.63. My objections regarding this issue were completely rejected. I contacted customer service several times due to the inconvenience I experienced, but they said they couldn’t help me. My subscription number 57459957 is registered at my address. I request that the cancellation fee not be charged, the contract be terminated, and my grievance be resolved due to the misleading information provided. I would also like to note that I intend to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and the public prosecutor’s office regarding this matter.
