I am using the Superlive platform and on 11 February I requested several withdrawals via USDT/crypto in the amounts of $150, $35, $50 and $35. As of today, 19 February, all of these withdrawals are still pending and none of the funds have been credited to me. After I noticed the delay, I contacted support through the platform and was informed that I would receive messages from human support. I waited, but I did not receive any further response or clear information about the status of my withdrawals, why they are delayed, or if any additional verification is required from my side. I request that my pending withdrawals be processed and released to my USDT wallet as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear explanation for this delay and the lack of follow‑up from support.
