Sugo $3 Withdrawal Missing From DANA Account
I made a withdrawal on the Sugo application to my DANA e-wallet on 14 February 2026 with an amount of Rp51.000, but until today, the funds have still not been credited to my DANA balance. In the Sugo app, this transaction is recorded with the ID 2022507556814831616, yet there is no trace of the money arriving in my e-wallet. This is my first time withdrawing funds from Sugo to DANA, and I immediately experienced this problem. Today, I have tried to contact Sugo through the live chat feature in the application to ask about the status of my withdrawal, but until now, I have not received any response or clear information from them. I kindly request that Sugo immediately process and credit the Rp51.000 to my DANA account according to the above transaction ID and provide an explanation of why this delay occurred so that similar issues do not happen again.
