I Can’t Withdraw from SuperLive and Support Won’t Respond

I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds from SuperLive, but my withdrawal keeps getting rejected with no clear explanation. What’s worse, I’ve reached out to customer support and the live chat feature, but no one is responding. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable from a platform handling users’ money. I’ve successfully made withdrawals before, so I don’t understand why it’s being denied now. There has been no change in my account information or method, and I haven’t violated any terms. Yet, all I get is a "failed" status and radio silence when I try to get support. I expect a prompt response from SuperLive explaining the reason behind this issue and a resolution that allows me to access my funds without delay.
