SuperLive Delayed My Creator Payout and Support Won’t Help

I have been a creator on SuperLive for many years under the name “Penthouze Laflair” and I am extremely disappointed with the way my current payout issue is being handled. On May 4, I requested a payout of 550.00 USD through the SuperLive web platform. Normally, payouts are received within 1 to 5 business days, but it has now been close to a month and I still have not received my payment. My user ID is 5732*** and the payout continues to show as unresolved. During this entire period, I have been stuck in an endless loop with the in‑app bot, which repeatedly tells me that my issue has been forwarded to a particular team, but I never receive any concrete response, update, or timeline. I also tried to contact SuperLive via email, but the reply I received simply directed me back to the app for any issues, which brings me back to the same unhelpful bot responses and no real support. As a long‑time user from the US, I am genuinely surprised and frustrated that I have to go this far just to receive a payout that should have been processed weeks ago. I kindly request that my 550.00 USD payout, requested on May 4, be reviewed and processed as soon as possible, and that I receive a clear explanation of the delay and confirmation that this issue will not repeat in future payouts.
