Supercell Support Not Returning My Stolen Account Despite Proof

My Supercell account was stolen about 180 days ago, and the person who took it hasn’t logged in for approximately 160 days. I used to access the account through email login, and my in-game ID is 2RRPUPG2U. I have four years of progress and effort invested in this account, and I spent a significant amount of time developing it.
Even though I contacted the Supercell team, I have not received any positive outcome so far. I also have gameplay videos that clearly prove the account belongs to me. Despite this, my account has still not been recovered, and I am unable to access it.
I request that a thorough security review be carried out and that my account be returned to me — in other words, that my account be recovered. I kindly ask for urgent assistance so that the years of effort I put into this account do not go to waste.
