Supercell Support Not Responding? My Accidental Gem Pack Issue

On November 13, I accidentally purchased five gem packs in Clash Royale using my bank card through Google Play. A total of approximately $7 was charged. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this, and the purchase happened completely by mistake.

I tried reaching out to Supercell’s live support but couldn’t get through. I also submitted a refund request through Google Play, but it was immediately rejected. I am requesting that this accidental purchase be canceled and that my payment be refunded. My in-game username is #VVV2VULGY.

I kindly request a quick resolution to this issue.
