I Can’t Switch Gmail Accounts on My Supercell ID and Support Won’t Help

I’m trying to change the Gmail account linked to my Supercell ID, but the system won’t let me. Every time I attempt the switch, it just says “please wait a while”—but there’s no explanation, no time frame, and no progress. I’ve waited and tried multiple times, but nothing changes.
This is especially frustrating because I need to transfer access quickly—a friend is waiting to log in for their child, and we’ve already been delayed far too long. I don’t understand why a basic account change is being blocked without reason.
There’s no real support from Supercell, and I can’t find any guidance that resolves the issue. It shouldn’t be this complicated to switch between verified Gmail accounts.
Supercell, I need this account transfer processed immediately. Your system is vague and unhelpful, and the delay is affecting others. Please assist now and stop making users wait in the dark for no reason.
