Brawl Stars Unfair Matchmaking on Techno Device for 5 Years With No Solution

For nearly five years, I have been facing a serious matchmaking problem in Brawl Stars on my Techno device. Almost every tournament pairs me against unfair opponents, completely ruining the fun and balance of the game. This has been a constant issue, and despite my repeated efforts to report it—including two separate complaints on Şikayetvar—I have only ever received automated responses. No real solution has been provided.

Because of this broken matchmaking system, I have lost a significant number of gems during tournaments. My Supercell ID is sansfanhusso. I am requesting that Supercell take this complaint seriously and either implement a fairer matchmaking system or compensate me for my losses by crediting at least 1000 gems to my account.

If this issue is not resolved, I will continue escalating my complaints until it is addressed. Loyal players should not be ignored while their time, money, and in-game progress are wasted due to unfair systems and a lack of customer support.
