I Face Rejected $288 Winnings on Superbet Due to False “Cross Bet” Claim

I won $288 from my bet slip number 13309064 on the Superbet website and submitted a withdrawal request. However, my payment was rejected on the grounds of “cross betting.” I personally reviewed all my bet slips and transactions — I absolutely did not place any cross bets. I contacted customer service and asked for an explanation of which slip supposedly violated the rule, but I never received a reply, and the conversation was abruptly ended.

I also tried to reach customer service several times and even requested a callback, but no one ever got back to me. My account is still active, yet my balance has been reset to zero, and I can no longer reach a support representative — even the live chat option disappeared.

I did not use any promotions or bonuses. I demand that my issue be resolved immediately and that my rightful winnings be paid in full.
