I live near Sunshine Holiday Resort in the Ovacık area of Fethiye, and for years this hotel has caused serious noise pollution. Every single day, from 9:00 a.m. until midnight, they blast extremely loud music, disturbing all the nearby homes. It’s impossible to relax or enjoy peace in your own property.
We’ve tried to resolve the issue countless times. The hotel has refused to cooperate, and despite repeated complaints to the gendarmerie, the music continues just 15 minutes after every warning. This has been going on for years, and it’s reached a breaking point—residents are now considering selling their homes just to escape the constant noise.
I’m demanding that the hotel immediately take action to install sound barriers or implement noise-reducing measures. Sunshine Holiday Resort cannot continue to ruin the lives of an entire neighborhood for the sake of entertainment. This issue must be resolved now—our homes, our comfort, and our sanity depend on it.
