I Can’t Complete SunExpress Check-In Due to PSS Operation Exception Error

I’ve been trying to complete my check-in for a SunExpress Airlines flight, but every single time I reach the final step, I get a “PSS Operation Exception” error. I’ve tried everything—different devices, browsers, even double-checked all my details, which are 100% correct—but the error keeps showing up. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this, and it’s incredibly frustrating.

No matter what I do, I simply can’t check in. The system clearly has a technical issue that needs to be resolved. I’m kindly asking SunExpress to look into this error immediately and provide a working solution. Passengers shouldn’t be left hanging like this so close to their flight. Please fix this urgently.
