Urgent Appeal To Unban My Sugo Account
Hello, My Sugo account with UID 269604*** and ID 267725***, username “Caramelo” was suddenly banned yesterday with the message “Due to suspected violations of the User Agreement and regulations, your account has been banned.” I did not receive any prior warning or explanation about what I did wrong. If I have unknowingly violated any rules, I would like to sincerely apologise. It was never my intention to break any of Sugo’s policies or cause any problems on the platform. I also have money and coins in my account, and it would be very painful for me to lose or forfeit them because of this ban. I value using the app and I am willing to fully comply with all rules going forward. I kindly ask you to review my case once more and let me know specifically what rule was allegedly violated. I would be very grateful if you could give me a second chance and remove the ban from my account. I am ready to correct any behaviour and follow your guidelines carefully so that this does not happen again.
