Sugo Banned My Account Without Explanation – Request Account Reactivation
My Sugo account on the iOS app was suddenly and unfairly shut down on July 17, 2026. I received a message stating that my account was banned due to suspicious activity or a violation of the user agreement, but I was given no clear explanation or specific reason. I have not broken any rules or policies and have never engaged in any behavior that could justify this ban. Despite this, I am now completely locked out of my account on all devices and platforms and cannot access any of my data. This situation is deeply frustrating, especially considering the time and effort I have invested in using the app properly. I request that my account (ID: 231621825) be urgently and thoroughly reviewed, that I be informed of the exact reason for this action, and that my account access be restored without further delay if no real violation is found. Unjustified bans like this seriously damage user trust, and I expect this issue to be resolved quickly and fairly.
