My Sugo account (ID: 46237882) has been permanently banned for reasons such as allegedly continuously providing false evidence to report others and insulting official staff. However, even the customer service does not know the exact reason for the ban, and my ID has been banned without any proof. I have not been provided with any evidence, and false allegations have also been made against me, including the claim that I was an assistant seller. I'm a 3-year-old agency owner. I had Gril 27 hosts and a sub agency, 8 I used to do good monthly targets, and I like this app. The team did this to me without warning. 46237882 has been permanently banned, and I believe this decision is unfair and not supported by clear evidence. I have been using this app for about three years, and the ban was applied approximately one year ago. The official explanation I received was that my account was permanently banned due to continuously providing false evidence to report others and insulting official staff, and that the ban on account 46237882 cannot be lifted. I would like to clearly state that I never intentionally provided fake proof from this account, and I did not insult any official staff. I was working as an assistant seller, and in one difficult situation, a user scammed me, which forced me to react under pressure. The edited material that created this issue was connected to another ID, not to 46237882, yet my main account has been punished. Because of this, I feel that my case has not been evaluated correctly. I have contacted support many times through email.
