Sugo Removed My Membership and Let an Agency Owner Threaten Me

I’ve been using the Sugo app for over a year and a half, but I’m now facing serious unfair treatment. I had to take a short break from the app for just one week because my mother was undergoing surgery. When I returned, I was shocked to find that my membership had been removed from the room — without any reason or warning.
Worse, the agency owner insulted and threatened me, saying things like, “Don’t ever come back to this room,” and “I’ll kick you out of the family.” This same person has already had their account banned before due to multiple complaints, yet they continue to mistreat people.
I’ve done nothing wrong, and I feel completely disrespected and mistreated. I demand that my membership be reinstated, and that proper action be taken against this agency owner for their repeated harassment and abuse. Sugo, stand up for your users and stop enabling toxic behavior.
