I joined a Sugo chat room to socialize, not to be insulted. A female member of a family group openly insulted me, and instead of addressing the issue, the family owner kicked me out of the room without saying a word. Why was I punished instead of the person who was disrespectful?
I expect Sugo to take action against harassment and ensure that users are treated fairly. I have even provided a screenshot as proof, so there is no excuse for ignoring this complaint.
